"I went in on Saturday, June 2nd. I saw online that they had the exact bike I was looking for : a 2008 Honda CBR 600 RR. I called up Chad and told him I wanted that bike but I wouldn't be able to make it up to Santa Rosa for a few hours. He said no problem and said he was going to put a sold sign on the bike for me. I drove up and the bike looked even more spectacular than the photos I saw of it online. And it sounded HEAVENLY. I was immediately in love with the bike. Chad sold me that bike in 10 minutes. While waiting for the transaction to be completed, my husband (who had just a Yamaha R1 from a private seller earlier in the day) needed some gear. They gave him a discount on all the items he needed because I had purchase a bike that day. Aside from the quickness of the sale and discounts given to my husband, I really liked the attitude of all the people that work at SRP. Being a female in a male dominated sport/activity, you usually get a lot of sarcasm and condescending attitudes. But not these guys. They took me as seriously as anyone else. The ride home was flawless (except for all the morons on the road that never look for us). The bike has absolutely no issues. I took it to another bike shop to get it inspected just to make sure. I am really happy with my purchase and my husband and I are having a wonderful time riding our bikes together. Oh I forgot one thing...I left my very expensive and most favorite sunglasses in the entire world at the dealership in my excitement to get on my new bike. I called Chad and he offered to mail them to me for free. I got them next day packaged correctly and in perfect condition. Thanks, Chad and thanks Santa Rosa Powersports."

"I really cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the R1. It is just the right bike for me and I really like everything about it. In fact I can't think of anything that I would change but maybe in six months or so I have different ideas. For my first ride after bringing it home from the shop I decided to go watch some friends racing Karts at Infineon. It was so cool to roll up on that track on the bike. It's a really nice way to travel! One of my friends has an R6 (2004 I think) and I know he is thinking about moving up to a GSX-750. Or maybe a 1000. I told him about the ones that I was looking at and to come and see you specifically.
I am glad that we were able to remember how we knew each other...small world, keeps getting smaller. I can always use another friend and it would seem as though we have quite a few common interests.
I also want to thank you for your help and attention to detail after the sale and getting me a good deal on the Jacket, helmet and gloves. That jacket is sweet man! I can't wait to take the R1 out to the coast and ride...I am pacing myself and taking time to get used to the bike and to riding again. Looks like I am headed in the right direction. Again I want to thank you and Tom and everyone else there for your help.

"I bought a Honda 250 a couple of weeks ago from you guys. Chad helped me out and got me squared away with the motorcycle and he helped me get all the gear I needed to ride it. "Just wanted to express how happy I am with my yzf 450..... Thing has so much power. Need to do a couple of upgrades like bark busters, skid plate, water pump cover, radiator guards, new plastics with maybe some graphics. "Excellent price, painless transaction and super friendly people. We bought a Yamaha TTR50E plus some gears for my daughter here. I've never been to this shop before. Well worth the drive from the Bay Area. Chad and Todd are great people with lots of experience. They took time working with me on different boots, chest protection etc for my daughter. Their price was lower than anyone in the Bay Area and 90% of the transaction was done via email phone calls prior. I just showed up, pay, pickup the bike with some gears and we were off. Will be back to buy more toys here. I've dealt with other Bay Area Yamaha dealers and these guys are #1 on my list.

" love how SOME guys think that because I am a women I know nothing about bikes. WRONG! Anyway I went in to look at buying myself a new bike at this spot in Santa Rosa and was treated like I was 'special'. Needless to say they didn't get my business. I had driven by this Santa Rosa power sports place but never stopped in because it looks small from the outside. I decided to swing in. I was surprised at how many bikes they had and how knowledgeable they were. They actually treated me like a customer. I ended up buying a used Honda CRF 250R and love it! And let it be known to all our friends that ride and that are looking for a bike, its well worth the trip over the mountain from Lake Co to go Powersports. " Unlike one of they're competators down the road I was instantly met by a friendly and helpfull staff. The salesman Clint was extreamly helpful and informed about the product I was looking for. "I had a low oil pressure light come on on my 2006 Suzuki M109 while it was still under warranty. I had previously dealt with another dealership for service on another bike I had and wasn't totally happy with their attitude or work. This other dealer acted like I was inconveniencing them for working on my bike. So I decided to try Santa Rosa PowerSports and I'm glad I did. Keenan in service was exceptional at diagnosing my bike's problem and keeping me informed throughout the repair.
