"I bought a Honda 250 a couple of weeks ago from you guys. Chad helped me out and got me squared away with the motorcycle and he helped me get all the gear I needed to ride it. Mike did the paper work and he did a great job taking care of all that stuff. The bike runs great, the gear is everything I needed and again, Mike made the purchase paper work easy.

"Just wanted to express how happy I am with my yzf 450..... Thing has so much power. Need to do a couple of upgrades like bark busters, skid plate, water pump cover, radiator guards, new plastics with maybe some graphics. Keep the stock one like new, so if I ever went to sell it I could slap the stock ones one and be go to go....BUT DON'T SEE THAT HAPPENING SOON...... So ride on , and tear up the trails.....

"Excellent price, painless transaction and super friendly people. We bought a Yamaha TTR50E plus some gears for my daughter here. I've never been to this shop before. Well worth the drive from the Bay Area. Chad and Todd are great people with lots of experience. They took time working with me on different boots, chest protection etc for my daughter. Their price was lower than anyone in the Bay Area and 90% of the transaction was done via email phone calls prior. I just showed up, pay, pickup the bike with some gears and we were off. Will be back to buy more toys here. I've dealt with other Bay Area Yamaha dealers and these guys are #1 on my list.

"We are having a blast with the TTR 125s. I didn't even fire up the TTR 230 last weekend, spent most of the day with Zack on the two 125s. These little bikes are amazing trail machines and can easily carry someone of my size in rough country within reason. Yamaha has a real winner in this design.

" love how SOME guys think that because I am a women I know nothing about bikes. WRONG! Anyway I went in to look at buying myself a new bike at this spot in Santa Rosa and was treated like I was 'special'. Needless to say they didn't get my business. I had driven by this Santa Rosa power sports place but never stopped in because it looks small from the outside. I decided to swing in. I was surprised at how many bikes they had and how knowledgeable they were. They actually treated me like a customer. I ended up buying a used Honda CRF 250R and love it! I didn't think I would get a loan for that kind of bike but Todd set me up. I would recommend them to any of my buddy's and stoped by twice to buy randoms things and he always comes out to say hi"

"I Just want to say THANK YOU to everyone there at Powersports..We have went to many other dealers, from Lake Co, Mendo Co, Napa, etc etc and Santa Rosa Powersports was the only dealer that went out of their way to help us. Took their time to explain things to us, answer our questions. Sorry to say that EVERY, and this is not any BULL, other dealer we have went to acted like they didnt have time to take for a question , and most didnt even aknowledge our presence at their store. We have recently became members of the SOC (SUZUKI OWNERS CLUB) and made sure to put Powersports down as our dealer. And let it be known to all our friends that ride and that are looking for a bike, its well worth the trip over the mountain from Lake Co to go Powersports. Thank You all again for all the help, Even though I didnt happen to get my Suzuki from Powersports, you guys wil be the only ones working on it. And my husband bought a 98 Suzuki Bandit 1200s from Powersports and he just loves it. You guys made it such an awesome experience for us with the purchase and just all the help and advice. " Unlike one of they're competators down the road I was instantly met by a friendly and helpfull staff. The salesman Clint was extreamly helpful and informed about the product I was looking for. At no point did I EVER feal like I was being sold on something. I also shopped around for pricing and couldn't find anyone close in price. I love my purchase alot more than I even exspected. "I had a low oil pressure light come on on my 2006 Suzuki M109 while it was still under warranty. I had previously dealt with another dealership for service on another bike I had and wasn't totally happy with their attitude or work. This other dealer acted like I was inconveniencing them for working on my bike. So I decided to try Santa Rosa PowerSports and I'm glad I did. Keenan in service was exceptional at diagnosing my bike's problem and keeping me informed throughout the repair.
